When are the Meetings?

For 2026, the P&C holds regular meetings fromn
9am to 10am in the Community Room

Each school term we meet on after school assemby
Monday, Week 3
Monday, Week 7

Term 1:
Week 3: Monday, 16th February 2026
Week 7: Monday, 16th March 2026

Term 2:
Week 3: Monday, 11th May 2026
Week 7: Monday, 8th June 2026

Term 3:
Week 3: Monday, 3rd August 2026
Week 7: Monday, 31st August 2026

Term 4:
Week 3: Monday, 26th October 2026
Week 7: Monday, 23rd November 2026

All parents and carers are welcome to attend in person or via zoom.. At these meetings, parents hear updates from the Principal, can share ideas and work together to realise student opportunities, community and fundraising events and school initiatives. All parents are welcome to attend.

Any member of the P&C can request an agenda item to be added to a meeting by contacting the P&C Secretary no later than seven days before the next scheduled meeting. It is expected that the person requesting the item will normally attend the meeting to speak to that item.

You are welcome to come and observe any meeting. There is no pressure to speak, but also lots of opportunity if you want to.

Become a Member

P&C membership is open to parents, guardians, and all citizens within the school community. Members can vote, participate in decision-making, and be nominated for committee positions.

Membership costs $2.00 annually and lasts until the next Annual General Meeting at the beginning of the next school year.
